By using The Truck Build, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
What We Are
A platform to showcase vehicle builds, share mods, and connect with other truck people. Free and Pro ($5/mo) tiers available.
Your Account
When you sign up, you agree to:
- • Provide accurate info
- • Keep your password secure
- • Tell us if your account gets compromised
- • Be responsible for activity on your account
Your Content
You own what you post. By posting, you give us permission to display it on the platform. You're responsible for making sure your content is legal and doesn't violate anyone's rights.
Don't Be a Jerk
You agree not to:
- • Post illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- • Impersonate others
- • Mess with the service or servers
- • Collect other users' data without permission
Pro Subscription
Pro is $5/mo, billed monthly. Cancel anytime from Settings. Your Pro features stay active until the end of your billing period. We may adjust pricing or features with notice.
Affiliate Links
Pro users can post affiliate links. You're responsible for following FTC disclosure rules and any other laws. We're not responsible for your affiliate relationships or commissions.
Termination
We can suspend or terminate your account if you break these terms. You can delete your account anytime from Settings.
Limitation of Liability
We're not liable for any indirect damages from using (or not being able to use) the service. This is a standard legal protection.
